INSTALLATION
We install top notch flooring in new construction homes as well as floor replacement in existing homes. We only use wood from reputable mills where wood is stored in an air and moisture controlled environment. We work with many species of wood including but not limited to:
- Yellow Pine
- Heart Pine
- American Cherry
- Brazillian Cherry
- Maple
- Santos Mahogony
- Red Oak
- White Oak
If you like a little flare, we will install borders of geometric design of your choice.
SANDING
Our company makes finishing hardwood floors a pleasant experience.
We also offer a 98% dust free service, keeping the interior of your home clean and dust free.
FINISHING
We have several options for finishing your floors, samples can be shown upon request.
You can also choose your floors sheen from matte, satin, semi gloss or high gloss. We offer oil based, water based polyurethane and tongue oil finish.
Our company applies three coats of polyurethane on all floors.
We only use top of the line products.
Pre Finished Flooring
We install all brands of pre finished flooring. Samples can be seen upon request.REMOVAL / REPAIRS
We can remove old carpet or existing floor for you.Also, we can repair damaged floor boards by water, pet urine, termites, and broken boards. We will replace damaged boards using the same type of wood as the existing floor.DECK REFINISHING
Michael J. Phillips can restore your deck to it's original state by sanding and finishing your existing wood decking.
