Dear Mr. Phillips, Such an easy thing to do, writing a thank you letter, and so hard to find the time to really sit down and write one. I knew you were coming on Thursday, October 7th, because I placed the order myself, and we had spoken and made arrangements the day before. Yet, when I walked in from work and saw my beautiful new floors, you took my breath away. There wasn't anywhere for me to sit, because my furniture isn't delivered yet, so I just sat on my new floors and took in the view. After a 1/2 hour, I finally got up and looked in all the other rooms, the closets each were done to perfection. I turned the lights on and off, pulled the blinds up, and down and found myself falling in love with the 22 year old home that I had just purchased and thought to be a dump. I set the alarm and got up 30 minutes early today, just to have my coffee and take in the view my beautiful new floors. I just wanted to say thank you and tell you that I selected your company and you far surpassed my expectations. I did go pricing other floors, but then when I actually went to see your work and talk to owners themselves, it was easy to select your flooring company. I can't end this letter without mentioning your assistant, Kim. She returns phone calls, is very knowledgeable and a real asset to an already perfect job. She was just the icing on the cake that made my experience with Michael J. Phillips Custom Wood Floors Inc. such a great experience from such a satisfied customer.
